The problem starts from the following question: What have been the effects of the accreditation process on the components that make up the aforementioned career, between 2010 and 2014? As a methodology, progress reports prepared during the established period were reviewed and the most recent information reported in the Operational Plan was compiled; This information was organized into the following themes: study plan, academics and students, in which the goals achieved and the aspects to be improved are described. It is shown that accreditation and reaccreditation guarantees the student body and Costa Rican society a high quality study program through systematic improvements.
