Resumen
En la presente investigación observaremos el caso singular de la localidad de Puerto Caicedo, que por décadas ha estado inmersa entre los cultivos de uso ilícito y el conflicto interno armado colombiano, lo cual le ha significado una significativa degradación no solo de su bioma amazónico, sino también de su tejido social. Se recurrió a la metodología de investigación cualitativa con enfoque histórico-hermenéutico interpretativo, adoptando dos métodos de investigación como el biográfico-narrativo y el estudio de caso. Se logró determinar que las comunidades rurales vulnerables inmersas dentro de territorios afectados por los cultivos de uso ilícito sí pueden optar por otro tipo de desarrollo diferente al que el entorno y el contexto les ofrecen, siempre y cuando posean una sólida estructura de principios y valores, que les permita decirle no a las actividades ilícitas y que además cuenten con mecanismos de acción participativa y desarrollo rural como el Programa de Desarrollo Rural Integral Comunitario
in this research we will observe the singular case of the town of Puerto Caicedo, which for decades has been immersed between illicit crops and the Colombian internal armed conflict, which has meant a significant degradation not only of its Amazon biome, but also of its social fabric. We resorted to the qualitative research methodology with an interpretative historical-hermeneutic approach, adopting two research methods such as the biographical-narrative and the case study. This study was able to determine that vulnerable rural communities immersed in territories affected by illicit crops can opt for another type of development different from the one offered by the environment and the context, as long as they have a solid structure of principles and values, This program contains a series of important mechanisms of positive deviation, which led to the unleashing of a true process of "Endogenous Alternative Development".
