Resumen
Hablar de democracia no es fácil, y mucho menos si lo tratamos de asociar al tema de la independencia. De ahí que quizá resulte hasta más práctica la definición del filósofo ilustrado Juan J. Rousseau, precursor de la Revolución Francesa: él estaba convencido de que nunca había existido democracia real y nunca iba a existir.
Talking about democracy is not easy, and even less so if we try to associate it with the issue of independence. Hence, perhaps even more practical is the definition of the Enlightenment philosopher John J.
