Resumen
Se presenta el trabajo final de graduación denominado Análisis del clima organizacional y propuesta de un plan de mejoramiento para el área administrativa de la empresa Ticoplant TSA S.A, con el objetivo de ofrecer un instrumento integral de gestión del clima laboral que ayude en el ambiente interno de la organización, potenciando el bienestar, colaboración y productividad, en una clara sinergia, persona y empresa en el ecosistema laboral. Ticoplant TSA S.A es una empresa que se dedica a la exportación de esquejes de plantas ornamentales de alta calidad principalmente al mercado norteamericano. El tipo de negocio es de la rama de la Agroindustria. Con el fin de lograr el objetivo planteado, se inicia la investigación bibliográfica, para definir conceptos relacionados con el clima laboral. Los términos son utilizados como base para entender la importancia e influencia del clima dentro de una organización. Seguidamente, se realiza un análisis de los elementos presentes en el estudio de clima proveniente de una tercera fuente el cual fue aplicado en los meses de julio y agosto del año 2021, con el fin de determinar la percepción de los colaboradores sobre el clima laboral en el área administrativa. A partir del análisis anterior, se diseñó y se ejecutaron 3 sesiones bajo la técnica de grupos focales para explorar los factores que registraron un puntaje menor o igual a 85 puntos sobre 100 en el diagnóstico de clima, tales como: visión y valores; ergonomía y bienestar; reconocimiento y motivación; crecimiento y desarrollo; y comunicación y colaboración. Con base en el estudio, se desarrolla una propuesta para el mejoramiento del clima laboral con el fin de agregar valor a la empresa, en específico, en el área administrativa. Finalmente, se plantean las conclusiones y recomendaciones generadas a partir del análisis de los resultados del diagnóstico y de las propuestas.
The final graduation project called Analysis of the organizational climate and proposal of an improvement plan for the administrative area of the company Ticoplant TSA SA has the aim of offering a comprehensive instrument for the management of the organizational climate. Ticoplant TSA S.A is a company dedicated to the export of high-quality ornamental plant cuttings mainly to the North American market. The type of business is from the Agroindustry branch. In order to achieve the stated objective, the bibliographic research begins to define concepts related to the work environment. The terms are used as a basis for understanding the importance and influence of climate within an organization. Next, an analysis of the elements present in the climate study from a third source is carried out, which was applied in the months of July and August of the year 2021, in order to determine the perception of employees about the work climate in the administrative area. From the previous analysis, it was designed and executed 3 sessions under the focus group technique to explore the factors that registered a percentage less than or equal to 85 points out of 100 in the climate diagnosis, such as: vision and values; ergonomics and well-being; recognition and motivation; growth and development; and communication and collaboration. Based on the study, a proposal is developed to improve the work environment in order to add value to the company, specifically, in the administrative area. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations generated from the analysis of the results of the diagnosis and the proposals are presented.
