Abstract

El desarrollo tecnológico con que se cuenta actualmente, permite por medio del uso de herramientas especializadas, la simplificación de las actividades de las empresas y a su vez, tener un control más detallado sobre las mismas; el almacenamiento efectivo permite a altos ejecutivos la toma de decisiones de forma ágil y eficiente a partir de información final proporcionada por estas herramientas. *s El presente documento muestra la información relacionada a la realización del análisis, diseño, desarrollo e implementación del Sistema de Logística del Transporte Terrestre de la empresa Extrusiones de Aluminio S.A. Este facilitará la ejecución de una serie de actividades que son realizadas por el Departamento de Operaciones de Extralum, las cuales permiten tener un control detallado de lo que acontece con la flotilla vehicular de la empresa. Este a su vez permitirá la generación de información general Y estadística lo cual simplificará la toma de decisiones a niveles gerenciales y del Departamento de Operaciones de la empresa con respecto a la flotilla.
