Establecimiento de los Procedimientos Generales de Operación según la Norma ISO 17025:2005 para la acreditación de Ensayos en el Laboratorio de Polímeros de la Escuela de Química de la Universidad Nacional (POLIUNA)

Abstract

El presente trabajo consistió en desarrollar un sistema de documentación basado en la norma INTE-ISO/IEC 17025:2005, correspondiente a "Requerimientos generales para la competencia de laboratorios de ensayo y calibración" y a sus respectivos los procedimientos, requisitos de la gestión de la calidad dictados por esta norma para el Laboratorio de Polímeros perteneciente a la Escuela de Química de la Universidad Nacional (POLIUNA), específicamente para el área de análisis a materiales plásticos, con el objetivo lograr el aseguramiento de la calidad en los ensayos realizados por el POLIUNA. El Laboratorio de Polímeros de Universidad Nacional (POLIUNA), pretende convertirse en el primer laboratorio acreditado en ensayos a materiales plásticos del país, ya que este campo el país carece de un ente que garantice la competencia para realizar ensayos a estos materiales. Por tanto el primer paso para iniciar el proceso de acreditación consiste en establecer la documentación para los procedimientos operacionales del Laboratorio de Polímeros de Universidad Nacional (POLIUNA). Como resultado se crearon diecisiete procedimientos generales de operación, los cuales tienen correspondencia con los requisitos de la Gestión de la Calidad establecidos por la norma ISO 17025:2005, junto con sus respectivos formularios e instrucciones de trabajo. Esta documentación se recopila en el Manual de Calidad del POLIUNA. Por ultimo se desarrolla una propuesta para el proceso de realización de ensayos a materiales plásticos en el Laboratorio de Polímero de la Universidad Nacional (POLIUNA), en donde se incorpora toda la documentación desarrollada al proceso de análisis abarcando desde la solicitud de servicios que es enviada la cliente hasta las revisiones realizadas por la dirección del POLIUNA, en donde se verifica la respuesta del laboratorio hacia las solicitudes del expresadas por los clientes y el servicio brindado por el POLIUNA.

The present work consisted of developing a documentation system based on the INTE-ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard, corresponding to "General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories" and their respective procedures, requirements of the management of the quality dictated by this standard for the Polymer Laboratory belonging to the School of Chemistry of the National University (POLIUNA), specifically for the area of ​​analysis of plastic materials, with the aim of achieving quality assurance in the tests carried out by POLIUNA . The Polymer Laboratory of the National University (POLIUNA) aims to become the first accredited laboratory for testing plastic materials in the country, since in this field the country lacks an entity that guarantees the competence to carry out tests on these materials. Therefore, the first step to start the accreditation process consists of establishing the documentation for the operational procedures of the Polymer Laboratory of the National University (POLIUNA). As a result, seventeen general operating procedures were created, which correspond to the Quality Management requirements established by ISO 17025:2005, along with their respective forms and work instructions. This documentation is compiled in the POLIUNA Quality Manual. Finally, a proposal is developed for the process of carrying out tests on plastic materials in the Polymer Laboratory of the National University (POLIUNA), where all the documentation developed is incorporated into the analysis process, ranging from the request for services that is sent the client until the reviews carried out by the POLIUNA management, where the response of the laboratory to the requests expressed by the clients and the service provided by the POLIUNA is verified.
