At CVSJ, most of the consultations corresponded to the areas of preventive medicine (40.1%), dermatology (15.8%) and gastroenterology (13%). At Dermatovet, the main reason for consultation was pruritus (44.2%) and the predominant pathology in patients was canine atopic dermatitis (34.2%). This process allowed improving skills and knowledge regarding patient care, sample taking, interpretation of complementary tests, case resolution and treatment implementation.
