Resumen
El presente documento consiste en la sistematización de la experiencia del proyecto de investigación sobre el potencial del mercado de la oferta y demanda de productos artesanales en Costa Rica, propuesto por el Ministerio de Economía, Industria y Comercio (MEIC) y el Programa Focco-Mipyme de la Escuela de Economía de la Universidad Nacional. Los objetivos de esta sistematización son: la identificación de los retos y desafíos encontrados durante el desarrollo de la investigación, así mismo, se presentan los resultados y hallazgos obtenidos durante el trabajo de campo y la vivencia de los investigadores durante los talleres realizados. La metodología propuesta se concentra en la recopilación de la información obtenida durante el desarrollo del proyecto, posteriormente se procesó en procura de determinar los alcances y experiencias vividas, en pro de determinar una serie de memorias que sirvan para una crítica constructiva sobre la información recabada, las entrevistas realizadas y los talleres productos del proyecto de extensión. Los resultados determinaron la necesidad de la dotación de un sello a los artesanos costarricenses, además, se crearon una serie de recomendaciones para el abordaje de una investigación de este tipo, las cuales fueron producto de los propios desafíos que se presentando durante el trabajo de campo.
This document consists of the systematization of the experience of the research project on the market potential of the supply and demand of handicraft products in Costa Rica, proposed by the Ministerio de Economía, Industria y Comercio (MEIC) and Programa Focco-Mipyme of the Escuela de Economía, Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica. The objectives of this systematization are the identification of the challenges encountered during the development of the research, as well as the results and findings obtained during the fieldwork and the experience of the researchers during the workshops carried out. The proposed methodology focuses on the compilation of the information obtained during the development of the project, which was subsequently processed to determine the scope and experiences lived, to determine a series of reports that serve for constructive criticism on the information collected, the interviews carried out and the workshops resulting from the extension project. The results determined the need to provide a seal to Costa Rican artisans, in addition, a series of recommendations were created for the approach of a research of this type, which were the product of the challenges that arose during the fieldwork.
