Abstract
La presente investigación está estructurada en tres secciones, diseñadas para analizar y examinar los componentes históricos, políticos y socioeconómicos que caracterizan los ministerios de Relaciones Exteriores de Costa Rica, El Salvador y Guatemala. El objetivo primordial radica en la identificación de las condiciones inherentes a estas entidades para así comprender cómo interactúan con la organización que han brindado a la administración de la cooperación internacional de las instituciones. Esta investigación se concibe con la finalidad de llevar a cabo un cotejo riguroso de los mecanismos empleados en cada uno de estos países, mediante un análisis comparativo, cuyo propósito es elaborar un diagnóstico exhaustivo de los mencionados ministerios, desde una metodología cualitativo-comparativa.
The current research is structured into three sections, designed to analyze and examine the historical, political, and socioeconomic components that characterize the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Costa Rica, El Salvador, and Guatemala. The primary objective lies in identifying the inherent conditions of these entities to understand how they interact with the organization that has provided to the administration of international cooperation of institutions. This research is conceived with the purpose of carrying out a rigorous comparison of the mechanisms employed in each of these countries, through a comparative analysis, whose aim is to develop a comprehensive diagnosis of the mentioned ministries, from a qualitative-comparative methodology.
