Resumen
La cultura organizacional equivale al modo de vida de la organización en todos los aspectos; como los valores, creencias, ritos, signos y símbolos. También es el conjunto de hábitos y creencias establecidas a través de normas, valores, actitudes y expectativas compartidas por todos los miembros de la organización. En esta investigación se pretende desarrollar el tema de cultura organizacional, a través de un estudio que se denomina: “Contribución de la cultura organizacional de las oficinas centrales de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito de Servidores Públicos R.L. (Coopeservidores R.L.) en la identificación de los trabajadores con la Cooperativa” con el que se espera ofrecer elementos que ayuden al mejoramiento de la gestión del recurso humano en ésta Cooperativa. La cultura define la misión y establecimiento de objetivos organizacionales con la finalidad de conocer mejor la organización, la cultura debe alinearse con aspectos como acciones y decisiones de la Cooperativa. Actualmente el tema de cultura organizacional ha tomado mayor relevancia en el desempeño de las organizaciones, por cuanto la efectividad de la empresa recibe influencia de los diferentes factores que contiene esta cultura, la cual afecta directa o indirectamente la forma en que se lleva a cabo el proceso administrativo, que incluye la planeación, organización, integración de personal, dirección y control. Las entidades continuamente se enfrentan a situaciones que las conducen a cambiar la estructura organizacional, por ende, deben adaptar los recursos humanos a las diferentes posiciones que adopta la empresa. Es por ello que se considera a la cultura organizacional como uno de los medios que facilita la búsqueda de mecanismos apropiados para enfrentar los nuevos niveles de competencia. En este contexto se realiza un estudio de campo que tiene como objetivo general investigar cómo contribuye la cultura organizacional de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito de Servidores Públicos R.L en la identificación de los trabajadores con la organización en relación a valores, creencias, ritos, signos y símbolos en el periodo que comprende de junio 2016 a junio 2017.
Organizational culture is equivalent to the organization's way of life in all aspects; such as values, beliefs, rituals, signs, and symbols. It is also the set of habits and beliefs established through norms, values, attitudes, and expectations shared by all members of the organization. This research aims to develop the topic of organizational culture through a study entitled: "Contribution of the organizational culture of the central offices of the Savings and Credit Cooperative of Public Servants R.L. (Coopeservidores R.L.) in the identification of workers with the Cooperative." This study hopes to offer elements that contribute to improving human resource management in this Cooperative. Culture defines the mission and establishment of organizational objectives with the purpose of better understanding the organization; it must align with aspects such as the actions and decisions of the Cooperative. Currently, the issue of organizational culture has taken on greater relevance in the performance of organizations, as the effectiveness of a company is influenced by the different factors contained in this culture, which directly or indirectly affect the way in which the administrative process is carried out, including planning, organization, personnel integration, management, and control. Entities continually face situations that lead them to change their organizational structure; therefore, they must adapt human resources to the different positions adopted by the company. Therefore, organizational culture is considered one of the means that facilitates the search for appropriate mechanisms to face new levels of competition. In this context, a field study was conducted with the general objective of investigating how the organizational culture of the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito de Servidores Públicos R.L. contributes to the identification of workers with the organization in relation to values, beliefs, rituals, signs, and symbols during the period from June 2016 to June 2017.
