Resumen
A continuación se presenta un resumen de la investigación la cual tiene como objetivo general el dar a conocer cómo las empresas administran sus finanzas luego del proceso de capacitación con el proyecto Germinadora de Desarrollo Organizacional, Empresarial Asociativo Comunitario. Asimismo, el grupo investigador estableció como objetivos específicos: identificar las características de los planes de negocio de las empresas puestas en marcha en los cantones de Osa y Golfito, resultantes del curso Auxiliares de Proyectos de Inversión (de ahora en adelante curso API) impartido por el Proyecto, durante el segundo periodo del año 2014, también analizar los estudios financieros elaborados en los planes de negocio recopilados durante el curso API con el fin de detectar necesidades, y proponer oportunidades de mejora, como lo es un modelo de fijación de precios que favorezca la continuidad de las empresas puestas en marcha. La relevancia de estos proyectos productivos y de autoempleo, que se generan mediante la Metodología de Capacitación Masiva (de ahora en adelante MCM) utilizada por el Proyecto Germinadora, radica en la organización y la autonomía ciudadana, puesto que es conocido que la Región Sur Sur del país posee bajos índices socioeconómicos, por lo cual dicho proyecto considera importante desarrollar capacitaciones con el fin de promover la alfabetización empresarial y el emprendedurismo por medio de la creación de PYMES. A lo largo del estudio se desarrollan dos variables: la estructura administrativa, la cual comprende aspectos de la empresa como la ubicación, naturaleza.
The following is a summary of the research, the general objective of which is to shed light on how companies manage their finances after the training process undertaken by the Germinadora project for Organizational Development, Community-Associated Business. The research group also established the following specific objectives: to identify the characteristics of the business plans of start-up companies in the cantons of Osa and Golfito, resulting from the Investment Project Assistants course (hereinafter API course) taught by the Project during the second half of 2014. The research group also analyzed the financial studies prepared in the business plans compiled during the API course in order to identify needs and propose opportunities for improvement, such as a pricing model that promotes the continuity of start-up companies. The importance of these productive and self-employment projects, generated through the Mass Training Methodology (hereafter MCM) used by the Germinadora Project, lies in the organization and citizen autonomy, since the country's South-South Region is known to have low socioeconomic indices. Therefore, this project considers it important to develop training programs to promote business literacy and entrepreneurship through the creation of SMEs. Two variables are developed throughout the study: the administrative structure, which includes aspects of the company such as the location, nature, and size of the business;
