La incidencia de las dinámicas socioculturales en la gestión de Hortifrutas Río Grande S. A., emprendimiento productivo rural administrado por mujeres en el año 2022

Resumen
La presente investigación analiza la incidencia de las dinámicas socioculturales en la gestión del emprendimiento productivo rural administrado por mujeres: Hortifrutas Río Grande S. A. en el periodo 2022. Primeramente, se describe a las mujeres integrantes de Hortifrutas y las dinámicas socioculturales en las cuales se encuentran inmersas en sus diferentes entornos: privado, organizacional y comunal. Seguidamente, se describen los roles que asumen las mujeres dentro del proyecto, y su liderazgo en este. Por último, se identifican las causas, repercusiones y posibles soluciones de las principales problemáticas que enfrentan las mujeres en la gestión, que son la triple jornada laboral, poder hegemónico masculino, el poco conocimiento técnico y administrativo, y comunicación no asertiva. Por otra parte, en este trabajo se formula una propuesta de fortalecimiento organizacional que impulsa la gestión del grupo.
This research analyzes the impact of sociocultural dynamics on the management of the rural productive enterprise managed by women: Hortifrutas Río Grande S. A. in the period 2022.
