Guía pedagógica para el abordaje de la medicina tradicional en el Programa de Cultura Indígena del I y II Ciclo de la educación general básica en el Territorio Bribri de Salitre-Costa Rica

Resumen
El presente trabajo es el resultado del proceso
de investigación, sistematización y análisis que
se llevó a cabo en el Trabajo Final de Graduación
titulado “Producción didáctica para el abordaje
del tema de medicina tradicional Bribri del
programa cultura indígena del I ciclo de la
educación general básica, en el contexto
indígena de Salitre” desarrollado entre el año
2020 y 2021. Dicha investigación fue parte de los
requisitos para optar por el título de Licenciatura
en educación con énfasis en educación rural (I y
II ciclos), de la División de Educación Rural de la
Universidad Nacional (Costa Rica).
La producción didáctica, consiste en una guía
de actividades prácticas y sencillas de realizar,
con las que la persona docente pueda orientar
los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje. En
este caso en particular, las actividades están
dirigidas al personal de Cultura Indígena, pero
también pueden ser aprovechadas por personas
facilitadoras de proceso de recuperación de
patrimonio cultural enfocado principalmente
hacia el tema de medicina tradicional.
El proceso de investigación que sustenta esta
propuesta se llevó a cabo en la escuela Arturo
Tinoco Jiménez de la comunidad de Salitre, en
Buenos Aires de Puntarenas. El abordaje fue
cualitativo mediante la aplicación de técnicas
tales como la entrevista, el análisis de contenido y
el taller, es importante señalar que además de los
sujetos propios del entorno educativo también
se contó con una importante participación
de personas de la comunidad. El proceso de
validación de la propuesta de producción
didáctica se realizó con el apoyo y participación
de un grupo de estudiantes de I ciclo de esta
institución que, además pertenece al mundo
cultura bribri.
La presente guía didáctica contiene cinco
capítulos, cada uno compuesto por subtemas
relacionados con la medicina tradicional indígena
y un quinto capítulo con información concerniente
a los tipos de plantas y su aprovechamiento en
la medicina tradicional en Salitre. Cada capítulo
se abordó y se retroalimentó de dos ámbitos, el
escolar y el comunitario-familiar.

This investigation was part of the requirements to obtain the bachelor's degree in education with an emphasis on rural education (I and II cycles), of the Rural Education Division of the National University (Costa Rica). The didactic production consists of a guide of practical and easy-to-do activities, with which the teacher can guide Teaching and learning processes. In In this particular case, the activities are addressed to the staff of Indigenous Culture, but They can also be used by people recovery process facilitators cultural heritage mainly focused towards the subject of traditional medicine. The research process that underpins this proposal was carried out at the Arturo school Tinoco Jiménez from the community of Salitre, in Buenos Aires of Puntarenas. The boarding was qualitative through the application of techniques such as the interview, content analysis and the workshop, it is important to note that in addition to the subjects of the educational environment as well had a significant participation of people in the community. The process of validation of the production proposal didactics was carried out with the support and participation of a group of students of the first cycle of this institution that also belongs to the world Bribri culture. This didactic guide contains five chapters, each made up of subtopics related to traditional indigenous medicine and a fifth chapter with information concerning to the types of plants and their use in traditional medicine in Salitre. Every capital was addressed and received feedback from two areas, the school and community-family.
