Resumen
El propósito de la presente investigación fue determinar la gestión de la persona gestora como
líder pedagógico para la implementación del Diseño Universal para el Aprendizaje en los
Circuitos 01, 02 y 07 presentes en la Dirección Regional de Educación de Desamparados, lo
cual es de gran utilidad dentro de los centros educativos con miras a la educación inclusiva y
de calidad. La investigación utilizó un enfoque cualitativo, al considerar un diseño
fenomenológico y paradigma naturalista. El trabajo se desarrolla por medio de un enfoque
fenomenológico, dado que se busca estudiar un tema desde la perspectiva de las personas
participantes de la investigación, donde se consideraron sus vivencias, experiencia y opinión
con respecto al Diseño Universal para el Aprendizaje. La información fue recolectada mediante
entrevistas y observaciones participantes en seis instituciones educativas del área de
Desamparados, en la provincia de San José, Costa Rica. Se utilizaron los medios de recolección
de datos expuestos debido a que se quiere conocer personalmente la perspectiva de las personas
involucradas y observar el ambiente en el cual se desarrollan. Para la realización del análisis
de datos se usó la técnica de triangulación, con base en la información recolectada mediante
las entrevistas, observaciones, artículos, tesis, entre otros tipos de documentos. Como principal
resultado se concluyó que, según el liderazgo ejercido por la persona gestora, se obtendrá una
gestión idónea para la implementación del Diseño Universal para el Aprendizaje. Por ello se
recomiendan más capacitaciones en el nivel nacional sobre el DUA y preparación docente para
su debida ejecución.
The purpose of this research was to determine the management of the manager as pedagogical leader for the implementation of Universal Design for Learning in the Circuits 01, 02 and 07 present in the Regional Directorate of Education for the Homeless, which which is very useful within educational centers with a view to inclusive education and quality. The research used a qualitative approach, considering a design phenomenological and naturalistic paradigm. The work is developed through an approach phenomenological, since it seeks to study a topic from the perspective of people research participants, where their experiences, experience and opinion were considered regarding Universal Design for Learning. The information was collected through interviews and participant observations in six educational institutions in the area of Desamparados, in the province of San José, Costa Rica. The collection media were used of exposed data because we want to know people's perspective personally involved and observe the environment in which they develop. To carry out the analysis of data, the triangulation technique was used, based on the information collected through interviews, observations, articles, theses, among other types of documents. As main As a result, it was concluded that, according to the leadership exercised by the manager, a suitable management for the implementation of Universal Design for Learning. For this reason recommend more training at the national level on the DUA and teacher preparation for its due execution.
