Resumen
El Programa de Habilidades Blandas, es implementado en el 2017, desde la Escuela de Administración de la Universidad Nacional, Costa Rica. El mismo se ha convertido en parte de la responsabilidad social de la Universidad, al promoverse a poblaciones vulnerables a nivel nacional. El objetivo de este manuscrito espresentar la evolución que tiene el Programa de Habilidades Blandas Empresariales con respecto a los diferentes segmentos y actores participantes, durante el periodo 2017-2023. Se utiliza una metodología descriptiva con la cual se pretende mostrar la trayectoria del programa durante este periodo, considerando la cantidad de participantes, grupos organizacionales e implementación de materiales y recursos. Entre los principales resultados están la creciente participación de las personas de diferentes sectores económicos y sociales, el uso de nuevos materiales que van fortaleciendo el proceso y la virtualización de los talleres, en algunos casos. En cuanto a ladiscusión, se muestra la importancia de programas y proyectos que permitan a los diferentes grupos de interés participar en procesos que son demandados por las organizaciones. Concluyendo que el programa ha crecido en cantidad de participantes, eventos y actividades a nivel público y privado del país y se ha convertido en un referente para otras universidades.
The Soft Skills Program is implemented in 2017, from the School of Administration of the National University, Costa Rica. It has become part of the University’s social responsibility, by promoting itself to vulnerable populations at the national level. The objective of this manuscript is to present the evolution of the Business Soft Skills Program with respect to the different participating segments and actors, during the period 2017-2023. A descriptive methodology is used to show the trajectory of the program during this period, considering the number of participants, organizational groups and implementation of materials and resources. Among the main results are the growing participation of people from different economic and social sectors, the use of new materials that strengthen the process and the virtualization of the workshops, in some cases. Regarding the discussion, the importance of programs and projects that allow different interest groups to participate in processes that are demanded by organizations is shown. Concluding that the program has grown in the number of participants, events and activities at the public and private level in the country and has become a reference for other universities.
