Resumen
El presente texto constituye un esfuerzo de sistematización de la experiencia de la implementación del módulo de alfabetización tecnológica desarrollado por la sede Brunca de la Universidad Nacional en territorios indígenas como parte del proyecto Promoviendo el Capital Social Comunitario. Esta experiencia se desarrolló durante los años 2019-2021 atendiendo una necesidad identificada en las comunidades, a partir de una consulta previamente realizada a diversos actores sociales. Se describe la metodología que se utilizó para la sistematización, la historia del proceso de la experiencia con los momentos más significativos, los ajustes requeridos en la metodología por motivo del COVID-19, así como los obstáculos vividos y los resultados obtenidos. Finalmente, se comparten los aprendizajes y recomendaciones, destacando la importancia de la aplicación de una modalidad presencial en este tipo de procesos.
This text constitutes an effort to systematize the experience of implementing the Technological Literacy Module developed by the Brunca campus of the National University in indigenous territories as part of the project Promoting Community Social Capital. This experience was developed during the years 2019-2021, attending to a need identified in the communities, based on a consultation previously carried out with various social actors. The methodology used for the systematization is described, the history of the process of the experience with its most significant moments, the adjustments required in the methodology due to COVID-19, as well as obstacles experienced, and results obtained. Finally, learning processes and recommendations are shared, highlighting the importance of applying a face-to-face modality in this type of process.
