Abstract

Expone un tributo hacia Omar Dengo Guerrero, quien fue precisamente ese ejemplo del ciudadano con letras mayúsculas, mostrando su valentía, su capacidad de convencimiento, su creencia en los valores democráticos y en la justicia social que nos dio la pauta para que hoy su nombre puede iluminar lo que debe ser el objetivo central de esta actividad, que hoy con felicidad inauguramos sabiendo que dentro del análisis profundamente pluralista en que se ha diseñado, se podrán esbozar toda una serie de reflexiones y toda una serie de pensamientos en la Costa Rica de cara al futuroIt exposes a tribute to Omar Dengo Guerrero, who was precisely that example of the citizen with capital letters, showing his courage, his capacity to convince, his belief in democratic values and social justice that gave us the guideline so that today his name can illuminate what should be the central objective of this activity, which today we happily inaugurate knowing that within the profoundly pluralistic analysis in which it has been designed, a whole series of reflections and a whole series of thoughts in Costa Rica can be outlined with a view to the future
