Gestión para la implementación del Programa de Afectividad y Sexualidad Integral en el Liceo Napoleón Quesada Salazar

Abstract

En el año 2001, el Consejo Superior de Educación aprobó una Propuesta Política de Educación para la afectividad y sexualidad integral para ser aplicada en los centros educativos costarricenses, pero fue en el 2017, que la ministra de ese entonces, Sonia Marta Mora Escalante, presentó la nueva versión de esta Política. Desde la implementación de este programa, las personas directoras de los centros educativos del país se han enfrentado a un gran desafío en cuanto al desarrollo de los contenidos y los beneficios que pueda alcanzar la población con su aplicación. Se plantea en esta investigación un análisis de la gestión del Programa de Afectividad y Sexualidad Integral implementado por el MEP, en el Liceo Napoleón Quesada Salazar. Se tomaron en cuenta las acciones llevadas a cabo desde la gestión administrativa en la aplicación de este programa, el desarrollo profesional que las personas docentes han tenido con respecto a los temas por implementar, y con base en esto, se determinaron las necesidades del colectivo docente en cuanto a su formación y preparación para impartir las lecciones como lo requiere dicho programa. Como aporte a esta investigación, se elaboró una propuesta, desde la posición de la persona directiva, con recomendaciones, acciones y apoyos no solo para brindar al colectivo docente del Liceo Napoleón Quesada Salazar herramientas, sino para ser utilizado a nivel general desde otras direcciones escolares.

In 2001, the Higher Council of Education approved a Policy Proposal on Education for Education for Affectivity and Integral Sexuality to be applied in Costa Rican schools. Costa Rican educational centers, but it was in 2017, that the Minister of that time, Sonia Marta Mora Escalante, presented the new version of this Policy. Since the implementation of this program, the people in charge of the country's educational centers have faced a great challenge regarding the development of the contents and the benefits that the population can reach with its application. This research proposes an analysis of the management of the Integral Affectivity and Sexuality Program implemented by the MEP at the Napoleón Quesada Salazar High School. The actions carried out by the administrative management in the application of this program were taken into account, as well as the professional development that the teachers have had with respect to this program. Based on this, the needs of the teaching staff were determined in terms of their training and preparation to teach the lessons as required by the program. As a contribution to this research, a proposal was elaborated, from the position of the directive person, with recommendations, actions and support not only to provide the teaching staff of Liceo Napoleón Quesada Salazar with tools, but also to be used at a general level from other school management.
