Incidencia del capital semilla del Programa de Crecimiento Verde de PROCOMER para la PYME CEBASA SA en el 2022-2025

Abstract

Para las PYMES es importante generar un valor adicional en sus servicios en un entorno empresarial cada vez más competitivo. La clave para alcanzar esta meta es realizar actividades de manera sostenible, considerando no solo la ganancia económica, sino también el impacto ambiental y social de sus acciones, por lo que se vuelve una necesidad que las PYMES implementen conductas empresariales responsables y éticas, de esta manera podrán disminuir su impacto ambiental y potenciar un desarrollo sostenible de sus actividades. Las PYMES fomentan los enfoques innovadores, ya que ayudan a la economía usando la tecnología e innovación, logran su crecimiento y sostenibilidad en el tiempo. Son importantes para los emprendedores, pues es el primer paso para generar sus propios recursos. Las PYMES enfrentan problemas ya que se exponen a diversos factores que la pueden hacer desaparecer fácilmente, además tienen limitaciones en los recursos financieros y deben buscar formas más creativas de competir en el mercado. Es por esto que el presente estudio de investigación brinda un marco teórico sobre la incidencia Del Capital Semilla Del Programa De Crecimiento Verde De PROCOMER para la PYME CEBASA S.A en el 2022-2025. El equipo investigador está conformado por cuatro estudiantes que están optando por el grado de licenciatura en Administración con énfasis en Gestión Financiera, quienes han planteado como interrogante de investigación la siguiente; ¿Cuáles son las incidencias administrativas y financieras que podría recibir CEBASA S. A. por la obtención del capital semilla del programa de crecimiento verde de PROCOMER? Esta pregunta surge de la necesidad de muchas PYMES de crear un valor agregado en sus servicios mediante un desarrollo sostenible de sus actividades. Para encontrar la respuesta a la interrogante planteada, se establece el siguiente objetivo general; analizar la incidencia del capital semilla del Programa de Crecimiento Verde de PROCOMER para fortalecimiento de la gestión del desempeño financiero y administrativo de la PYME CEBASA.SA en el periodo 2022 -2025. Asimismo, se establecen tres objetivos específicos dentro de una Investigación con un enfoque descriptivo, basado en la recolección de datos para sustentar el objeto de estudio, se usa el método cuantitativo, es decir, que a la información recolectada se le aplican herramientas de origen matemático y estadístico para un análisis detallado.For SMEs, it is important to generate additional value in their services in an increasingly competitive business environment. This is why the present research study provides a theoretical framework on the impact of the Seed Capital of the PROCOMER Green Growth Program for the SME CEBASA S.A in 2022-2025. The research team is made up of four students who are opting for a bachelor's degree in Administration with an emphasis on Financial Management, who have raised the following research question; What are the administrative and financial incidents that CEBASA S. A. could receive for obtaining seed capital from PROCOMER's green growth program? This question arises from the need of many SMEs to create added value in their services through sustainable development of their activities. To find the answer to the question posed, the following general objective is established; to analyze the impact of the seed capital of PROCOMER's Green Growth Program to strengthen the management of the financial and administrative performance of the SME CEBASA.SA in the period 2022-2025. Likewise, three specific objectives are established within an Investigation with a descriptive approach, based on the collection of data to support the object of study, the quantitative method is used, that is, mathematical and statistical tools are applied to the information collected for a detailed analysis.
