The savings and credit cooperative COOPEANDE Nº 7 does not comply with some principles of Cooperativism, being many the possible causes that could cause this phenomenon, taking the research group the decision to analyze five of the most probable causes of the noncompliance of these principles. The interest of the research group is to know how COOPEANDE Nº 7 manages to increase a Social and Economic Development of the associate with variables such as Savings and Credit, motivating the associate to achieve the objectives set, through the stimulus to savings and a rational use of credit. The credit portfolio is oriented to the personal benefit of the associate and not to his socioeconomic development. As for interest rates, they could be increased for the member's own benefit, so that they do not need to look for other options outside the cooperative. Since cooperatives have a wide variety of particularities specific to the sector, cooperative education committees have been created to help train members, disseminate information pertaining to XI members, and promote mutual assistance. However, the impact of these committees on member education is not known for certain, so it is important to determine whether it is cooperativism or the financial market that drives members to carry out their various transactions. The impact of Solidarismo on the projection of the cooperative's members is to be determined.
