Resumen
El trabajo de investigación lleva como eje principal: Las competencias necesarias en la definición del perfil del graduado en Administración de Oficinas, bajo el eje de Administración, a partir del cual se desarrolla un problema para investigar, analizar, ofrecer resultados, conclusiones y recomendar al respecto. El problema planteado con base en el tema es sí ¿Reúnen los profesionales licenciados en Administración de Oficinas, graduados de la Universidad Nacional, las competencias idóneas para brindar un adecuado servicio al cliente interno, según el plan de estudios vigente a la fecha, a partir del año 2005, al cual se da respuesta en el capitulo V de la presente investigación. El entorno en que se desarrolló la investigación está distribuido en los capítulos I, II y III, con la introducción, el marco teórico, en el que se envuelve la investigación, así como el respectivo análisis, concretamente del contenido del plan de estudios y de su maya curricular, así como del conocimiento y clasificación de las competencias tomadas en consideración para la elaboración del plan de estudios. La muestra contempla la lista de graduados licenciados en Administración de Oficinas, a partir del año 2005 a la fecha, que es la población total de graduados hasta el inicio de la investigación. En el capítulo IV, correspondiente al análisis de los resultados, según las cuatro competencias: técnicas, metodológicas, sociales e individuales, que se representan en las respuestas de los instrumentos aplicados, como necesidades que expresan los clientes internos de los graduados de esta Carrera, según las competencias (competencias no es sinónimo de conocimientos) adquiridas y las requeridas actualmente en el campo laboral para así determinar si existe alguna diferencia o brecha entre estas. Con esta información, el capítulo V muestra el resultado del análisis, para concluir si existe brecha competencial y así ofrecer algunas recomendaciones al respecto, además de las obtenidas en las respuestas de los sujetos entrevistados.
The main focus of this research is on the skills required to define the profile of a graduate in Office Administration, under the umbrella of Administration. From this focus is on the development of a problem to investigate, analyze, offer results, conclusions, and recommend. The question posed based on this topic is: Do professionals with a degree in Office Administration, graduated from the National University, have the appropriate skills to provide adequate service to internal customers, according to the current curriculum, starting in 2005? This is answered in Chapter V of this research. The context in which the research was conducted is divided into Chapters I, II, and III, including the introduction, the theoretical framework within which the research is conducted, and the respective analysis, specifically of the content of the curriculum and its curricular framework, as well as the knowledge and classification of the skills taken into consideration in the development of the curriculum. The sample includes the list of graduates with degrees in Office Administration from 2005 to the present, which is the total population of graduates at the start of the research. Chapter IV, corresponding to the analysis of the results, according to the four competencies: technical, methodological, social, and individual, represented in the responses to the instruments applied, as needs expressed by the internal clients of graduates of this program, according to the competencies (competencies are not synonymous with knowledge) acquired and those currently required in the workplace, in order to determine if there is any difference or gap between them. With this information, Chapter V presents the results of the analysis, to conclude whether a competency gap exists and thus offer some recommendations in this regard, in addition to those obtained from the responses of the interviewees.
