Resumen
El objetivo de esta investigación fue desarrollar la competencia emprendimiento en el estudiantado de una carrera de computación o informática. Como resultado principal, se identificó y documentó un proceso sistémico basado en el modelo de aprendizaje por competencias y en un esquema de jerarquización que detalla todos los aspectos de índole operativo por considerar en la planificación y ejecución de un curso y que a la vez permitirá ejercicios posteriores con otros cursos para garantizar la transversalidad de la competencia dentro del plan de estudios. El estudio se desarrolló bajo la metodología cualitativa y exploratoria iniciando en enero del 2020 y tomando como base trabajo, esfuerzos y conocimientos de investigaciones de años anteriores, se ejecutó con un grupo de docentes que tradicionalmente imparten la asignatura, quienes aplicaron la técnica de grupo focal y encuestaron a 88 personas expertas en emprendimiento. Dentro del contexto de la investigación se desarrolló un proyecto piloto en la asignatura Introducción a la Creación de Empresas curso electivo de la carrera de
Sistemas de Información de la Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica, que permitió la ejecución y
evaluación del enfoque metodológico y con ello iniciar un proceso de mejora continua del mismo.
The objective of this research was to develop entrepreneurship competence in the student body of a computer science degree. As the main result, a systemic process based on the competencybased learning model and on a hierarchical scheme that details all the operational aspects to be considered in the planning and execution of a course was identified and documented and that at the same time allowed exercises subsequent courses with other courses to guarantee the transversality of the competence within the study plan. The study was developed under the qualitative and exploratory methodology starting in January 2020 and taking as a basis work, efforts and knowledge from research from previous years, it was carried out with a group of teachers who traditionally teach the subject, who applied the focus group technique and surveyed 88 entrepreneurship experts. Within the context of the research, a pilot project was developed in the subject Introduction to the Creation of an elective course of the Information Systems career of the National University of Costa Rica, which will lead to the execution and evaluation of the methodological approach and thus start a process of continuous improvement of the same.
