One of the fundamental concerns of those of us who are directly or indirectly responsible for training processes is the relative resistance to change and to the possibilities of people who carry out work in particular incorporate new dimensions or technologies into their daily work. We tend to perform a specific practice (being parents, husbands, wives, students, teachers, etc.) from the beliefs and ideas that we have acquired throughout our lives. These beliefs make sense to us, because they obey personal and social history of each one; they have been configured by taking tells what we learn from others and what we experience in everyday life.
