Sistematización de experiencias: desde el enfoque de gestión de capacidades

Resumen
Este libro visibiliza la sistematización de experiencias logradas por los proyectos con fi nanciamiento del Fondo Universitario para el Desarrollo Regional (FUNDER), y constituye un esfuerzo de generación de conocimiento cuyo proceso de capacitación comprendió los meses de febrero a julio del 2017, con la señora Gabriela Hernández López como facilitadora. En las siguientes páginas se presentan estudios que desarrollan diversos aspectos, iniciando por la gestión misma del fondo, analizando retos e incidencias desde los actores regionales, la academia, el estudiantado y la población meta; un manual con los pasos básicos del proceso de sistematización, enfocado desde la gestión de capacidades; identifi cación de iniciativas turísticas locales en el Corredor Biológico Alexander Skutch: problemáticas ambientales y necesidades de fortalecimiento; producción de alimentos sanos y la población escolar de la Escuela San Francisco de la comunidad de Golfi to en Cureña de Sarapiquí; establecimiento y manejo de fi ncas pecuarias integradas y la relación producción agropecuaria sostenible versus la conservación de humedales en fincas aledañas al humedal de Mata Redonda, en Rosario de Nicoya; un análisis retrospectivo desde el enfoque de sistematización de la experiencia con la creación de la Escuela de Música de Sarapiquí con la participación de niños, niñas y jóvenes del cantón, como un proceso de formación participativa que les ha ayudado a superar su miedo a presentarse en público y su impacto positivo en todos los aspectos de sus vidas; el fomento de la participación de jóvenes en las acciones de desarrollo local para la gestión de proyectos en organizaciones sociales ligadas al Sector Agropecuario, en las comunidades de Cañas Dulces y Río Naranjo de la provincia de Guanacaste; y, los procesos para la concreción de sistemas de gestión administrativa a nivel de manuales y procedimientos; así como la creación de prototipos de sistemas de información gerencial (SIG) desarrollados participativamente con dirigentes de organizaciones, empresas y estudiantes de la carrera de ingeniería en sistemas de la Sede Regional Brunca de la Universidad Nacional para el fortalecimiento de microempresas del cantón de Pérez Zeledón.
This book makes visible the systematization of experiences achieved by the projects with funding from the University Fund for Regional Development (FUNDER), and constitutes an effort to generate knowledge whose training process comprised the months of February to July 2017, with Mrs. Gabriela Hernández López as facilitator. The following pages present studies that develop various aspects, starting with the management of the fund itself, analyzing challenges and impacts from the regional actors, academia, students and the target population; a manual with the basic steps of the systematization process, focused from the management of capacities; identification of local tourism initiatives in the Biological Corridor Alexander Skutch: environmental problems and strengthening needs; healthy food production and the school population of the San Francisco School in the community of Golfi to in Cureña de Sarapiquí; establishment and management of integrated livestock farms and the relationship between sustainable agricultural production versus wetland conservation in farms bordering the Mata Redonda wetland, in Rosario de Nicoya; a retrospective analysis from the systematization approach of the experience with the creation of the Sarapiquí Music School with the participation of children and youth of the canton, as a participatory training process that has helped them overcome their fear of performing in public and its positive impact on all aspects of their lives; the promotion of youth participation in local development actions for the management of projects in social organizations linked to the Agricultural Sector, in the communities of Cañas Dulces and Río Naranjo in the province of Guanacaste; and, the processes for the realization of administrative management systems at the level of manuals and procedures; as well as the creation of prototypes of management information systems (GIS) developed participatively with leaders of organizations, companies and students of the career of systems engineering of the Brunca Regional Headquarters of the University National for the strengthening of microenterprises in the canton of Perez Zeledon.
