Presencia sacerdotal y modelo de iglesia en la arquidiócesis de San José 1956-1986

Abstract

Con esta investigación queremos ofrecer una palabra fundada sobre el problema de la presencia cuantitativa de sacerdotes, durante las tres décadas últimas (1956-1986), en la Arquidiócesis de San José. El estudio, cuya base empírica es de carácter sociográfico, aborda directamente cuatro aspectos de problema: La presencia numérica de sacerdotes durante las tres décadas señaladas. Cinco factores determinantes de tal presencia numérica: Excardinaciones, Defunciones, Abandono del ministerio sacerdotal, nacionalidad, neo/sacerdotes, a lo largo de las tres décadas. Relación de sacerdotes por millar de habitantes durante las tres décadas. Habitantes y Sacerdotes por núcleo por culto en Arquidiócesis de San José ( estimaciones promedio), en las dos décadas últimas. La hipótesis de trabajo que desarrollamos busca probar (bajo el rango de sospechas fundadas) algunos rasgos específicos y significativos del modelo histórico de Iglesia que se ha venido implementando en la Arquidiócesis de San José.With this investigation we want to offer a well-founded word on the problem of the quantitative presence of priests, during the last three decades (1956-1986), in the Archdiocese of San José. The study, whose empirical basis is sociographic, directly addresses four aspects of the problem: The numerical presence of priests during the three decades indicated. Five determining factors of such a numerical presence: Excardinations, Deaths, Abandonment of the priestly ministry, nationality, neo / priests, throughout the three decades.
