Resumen
Estudia los movimientos campesinos e indígenas que se dieron durante el siglo XIX, ubicados en el Valle Central, prestando atención al movimiento de pequeños y medianos productores de café. Estudia el movimiento obrero, principalmente de sectores de la clase trabajadora: ferroviarios, mineros, bananeros, artesanos y obreros urbanos. Expone tres tipos de movimientos cuyo marco fue la ciudad: antiimperialistas, de inquilinos y feministas.
It studies the peasant and indigenous movements that took place during the 19th century, located in the Central Valley, paying attention to the movement of small and medium coffee producers. It studies the labor movement, mainly of working class sectors: railroad workers, miners, banana workers, artisans and urban workers. Exposes three types of movements whose framework was the city: antiimperialist, tenants and feminist.
