Una experiencia lúdica sobre el cuidado desde la educación para la paz en la extensión universitaria

Resumen
Es necesario profundizar en el sentido que le dan las personas participantes al cuidado, en específico al cuidado de la otra persona con la cual se relacionan y lo que esto implica para el cuidado mutuo como uno de los aspectos fundamentales para promover las diversas formas de hacer las paces en entornos como la familia, la escuela y la comunidad. Este texto se estructura a través de un hilo conductor que inicia con el marco teórico-conceptual, desde el cual se abordan conceptos claves que permitan comprender cómo se entiende la educación para la paz, la cultura de paz, el vínculo de la educación para la paz con el cuidado, así como el trabajo comunitario desde la extensión. Además, se incluye una aproximación metodológica, apartado en el cual se plantea el enfoque lúdico basado en los juegos cooperativos y el enfoque socioafectivo mediante los que se llevó a cabo la experiencia. Más adelante, en el apartado de resultados, estos juegos se presentan a partir de seis ejes: el espacio que rompe hielos y genera conocimiento; la importancia del cuidar; el cuidado y la perspectiva de los derechos humanos; el autocuidado: reconociendo mi valor como ser humano; el autocuidado: pensando en metas como proyecto de vida; y aceptando el cuidado hacia nosotros. Por último, se presentan las conclusiones y se aborda la pedagogía del cuidado como una forma de hacer las paces.
It is necessary to explore in greater depth the meaning that participants ascribe to care—specifically, care for the other person with whom they interact—and what this implies for mutual care as one of the fundamental aspects of promoting various ways of making peace in settings such as the family, school, and community. This text is structured around a central theme that begins with the theoretical and conceptual framework. From this framework, key concepts are addressed to understand peace education, the culture of peace, the link between peace education and care, and community outreach work. A methodological approach is also included, outlining the playful approach based on cooperative games and the socio-affective approach used in the experience. Later, in the results section, these games are presented through six key themes: the space that breaks the ice and generates knowledge; the importance of care; care and the human rights perspective; self-care: recognizing my value as a human being; self-care: thinking about goals as a life project; and accepting care towards ourselves. Finally, the conclusions are presented, and the pedagogy of care is discussed as a way to build peace.
