Desarrollo del Sistema de Control y Seguimiento de Servicios Automotores (SICOSA)

Abstract

El documento final del proyecto tiene como objetivo describir de manera precisa el proceso del desarrollo del sistema SICOSA. Y está constituido de la siguiente manera. Inicia el capítulo con una breve reseña histórica sobre el nacimiento del Servicentro CopeAgri, y continúa describiendo la necesidad de un sistema de información que fortalezca la gestión de los servicios que se brindan en la estación de servicios. El capítulo dos ubica conceptualmente al lector en el desarrollo de sistemas, describiendo cada uno de los componentes del sistema de información con el objetivo de establecer un paradigma de interpretación de dichos sistemas

The final document of the project aims to accurately describe the development process of the SICOSA system. And it is made up as follows. The chapter begins with a brief historical review of the birth of the Servicentro CopeAgri, and continues by describing the need for an information system that strengthens the management of the services provided at the service station. Chapter two conceptually places the reader in the development of systems, describing each of the components of the information system with the aim of establishing a paradigm for the interpretation of said systems.
