It was found that in terms of roles, men are linked to the productive and more directly with external marketing activities to the productive unit, while women, despite playing a very important role in agricultural production, they have little participation in the planning of crops and investments and in commercial activity, in addition, they are assigned reproductive tasks, in line with this there is evidence of a tendency for men to have an economic benefit and focus it on improving the season, reinvesting in productive unit, while profitability is designated to the education of children, on the other hand, women perceive benefits related to feeding the family and having a resource when there is profitability, for the improvement of housing and finally in terms of decision making despite the fact that they are at the same levels according to the Hambleton ladder and Hogget (1994), men have a higher proportion in the assembly, in addition to the fact that historically in the organization they have played a leadership role in the process of participation, as members of the assembly and of the board of directors since its business formalization.
