Análisis de los conocimientos técnicos secretariales que se requieren en puestos de recepción en consultorios médicos y oficinas de empresas pequeñas del cantón Central de Heredia y su relación con los módulos de Manejo Básico de Oficinas

Resumen
Esta investigación nace de la necesidad de generar un insumo importante
para los módulos de capacitación en Manejo Básico de Oficinas del proyecto
Procesos Prácticos para la Formación Docente en la carrera de Educación
Comercial, que están dirigidos a jóvenes excluidos del sistema educativo formal o
en riesgo social. La capacitación contempla cuatro módulos, los cuales son
impartidos por los estudiantes de la carrera de Educación Comercial de la Escuela
de Secretariado Profesional y la División de Educología de la Universidad
Nacional, que optan por el bachillerato en dicha carrera.
Esta investigación consistió en el análisis de los conocimientos técnicos
secretariales básicos que se requieren en puestos de recepción en consultorios
médicos y oficinas de empresas pequeñas del cantón Central de Heredia y su
relación con la capacitación que se brinda en los módulos de Manejo Básico de
Oficinas, con el fin de establecer si los conocimientos que se brindan responden
a los requerimientos de los (as) empleadores (as) y por lo tanto a las necesidades
de las poblaciones que son atendidas y que tienen en esta capacitación como un
apoyo para crear oportunidades laborales y de superación personal.
La investigación se basó en el enfoque mixto esto permitió basar la
recolección de los datos, por medio de cuatro instrumentos: las entrevistas, que
fueron aplicadas a las encargadas del proyecto en el 2018 y a la profesora
encargada de la Práctica Profesional Supervisada del 2018; los cuestionarios
fueron aplicados a los (as) jefes de consultorios médicos y oficinas de empresas
pequeñas del cantón Central de Heredia y a los (as) estudiantes de la carrera de
Educación Comercial que realizaron la Práctica Profesional Supervisada del 2018.
Los resultados obtenidos mostraron la importancia y la necesidad de
actualizar los módulos de capacitación, con el fin de responder a los
conocimientos técnicos secretariales básicos que solicitan los (as) empleadores
(as) a las personas que ocupan puestos de recepción, para de este modo
mediante esta capacitación, se sigan brindando oportunidades de superación
personal a poblaciones vulnerables socialmente.
Se evidenció que se requiere la actualización de todos los módulos, la
sustitución de al menos uno y la creación de nuevos, por lo que, como un producto
adicional de esta investigación, se elaboraron las propuestas de los programas,
de los que serían los nuevos módulos de capacitación en Manejo Básico de
Oficinas, los cuales, se encuentran en el anexo 1, por lo tanto, se recomienda la
utilización de los mismos.
This research stems from the need to generate an important input for the training modules in Basic Office Management of the project Practical Processes for Teacher Training in the Education career Commercial, which are aimed at young people excluded from the formal education system or at societal risk. The research was based on the mixed approach, this allowed to base the data collection, through four instruments: interviews, which were applied to those in charge of the project in 2018 and to the teacher in charge of the Supervised Professional Practice of 2018; the questionnaires were applied to the heads of medical offices and company offices small from the Central canton of Heredia and the students of the career of Commercial Education who carried out the Supervised Professional Practice of 2018. The results obtained showed the importance and the need to update the training modules, in order to respond to the Basic secretarial technical knowledge requested by employers (as) to the people who occupy reception positions, in order to Through this training, opportunities for improvement continue to be provided personnel to socially vulnerable populations.
