Sistema pago de salarios para el personal del Banco Popular y de Desarrollo Comunal

Abstract

El presente documento expone los resultados obtenidos en el proceso de análisis, diseño, construcción e implantación del sistema "Pago de Salario para el personal de Banco Popular y de Desarrollo Comunal". Sistema que pertenece al Proceso de Desarrollo Humano. Para los efectos prácticos el sistema se conocerá con el nombre de "Pago de Nómina", por ser éste el nombre del módulo que se desarrollará durante la primera etapa. Asimismo, cuando hagamos referencia al Banco Popular y de Desarrollo Comunal se hará únicamente con el término "Banco". Si bien es cierto, este trabajo no representa una solución completa a todas las necesidades actuales sobre el manejo y control del recurso humano, sí constituye la base sobre la cual se puede sustentar.This document sets out the results obtained in the process of analysis, design, construction and implementation of the "Salary Payment for Banco Popular and Community Development personnel" system. System that belongs to the Human Development Process. For practical purposes, the system will be known as "Payroll Payment", as this is the name of the module that will be developed during the first stage. Likewise, when we refer to the Banco Popular y de Desarrollo Comunal, it will only be done with the term "Bank". Although it is true, this work does not represent a complete solution to all current needs on the management and control of human resources, it does constitute the basis on which it can be sustained.
