Resumen
La capacitación, contribuye a que las organizaciones, mejoren su productividad, ya que si los colaboradores que la conforman, poseen los conocimientos que les permitan realizar su trabajo eficientemente, el aprovechamiento de los recursos, así como la calidad de lo que producen, aportarán a mejorar los márgenes de rentabilidad y la satisfacción de los consumidores. Para obtener los resultados deseados con la capacitación, esta debe ser producto de un proceso de planeación, el cual debe iniciar con un diagnóstico preciso de las necesidades que tiene el personal. En este sentido, seguidamente debe elaborarse un programa en el que se establezcan las fechas, lugares y responsables de la capacitación. Esta planeación también debe considerar, los mecanismos que se utilizarán para seleccionar los instructores más adecuados, de acuerdo al tipo de capacitación que se va a impartir y la forma en que se van a medir los resultados obtenidos, para compararlos con los planeados. El éxito de la capacitación también depende de factores como la asignación de recursos suficientes, para cubrir los costos que implica; la asignación del tiempo necesario, para que los aprendices adquieran el conocimiento requerido; y la disposición de las partes participantes en el proceso, para obtener los mejores resultados posibles. Esta investigación tiene como objeto de estudio a los colaboradores del área corporativa de Coopeagri R.L., a los que se les estaría impartiendo capacitación que no ha contribuido a mejorar su productividad, consecuencia de que no se están atendiendo efectivamente sus necesidades reales. Es por ello que la interrogante de este estudio se define: ¿Responden las capacitaciones impartidas por el departamento de recursos humanos, a las necesidades de los colaboradores, del área corporativa de Coopeagri R.L.? Para dar respuesta a la interrogante se propone el siguiente objetivo general: investigar si las capacitaciones impartidas por el departamento de recursos humanos, responden a las necesidades de los colaboradores del área corporativa de Coopeagri R.L. Esta investigación es de campo y la recopilación de la información se hizo mediante entrevistas que se realizaron del 28 de Agosto hasta el 14 de Septiembre de 2006. No obstante, la investigación se comenzó a realizar en Junio de 2006 y finalizó en Octubre del mismo año. En términos generales, la investigación demostró que las capacitaciones que imparte Coopeagri R.L., a los colaboradores del área corporativa, no responde a las necesidades de estos.
Training helps organizations to improve their productivity, because if their collaborators have the knowledge that allows them to perform their work efficiently, the use of resources, as well as the quality of what they produce, will contribute to improve profitability margins and consumer satisfaction. To obtain the desired results with training, it must be the product of a planning process, which must begin with an accurate diagnosis of the needs of the personnel. This should be followed by a program that establishes the dates, places and persons responsible for training. This planning should also consider the mechanisms that will be used to select the most appropriate instructors, according to the type of training to be given and the way in which the results obtained will be measured, in order to compare them with those planned. The success of the training also depends on factors such as the allocation of sufficient resources to cover the costs involved; the allocation of the necessary time for the trainees to acquire the required knowledge; and the willingness of the parties involved in the process to obtain the best possible results. This research has as its object of study the collaborators of the corporate area of Coopeagri R.L., who are being given training that has not contributed to improve their productivity, as a consequence of the fact that their real needs are not being effectively met. That is why the question of this study is defined as follows: Do the trainings given by the human resources department respond to the needs of the collaborators of the corporate area of Coopeagri R.L.? To answer the question, the following general objective is proposed: to investigate if the training given by the human resources department responds to the needs of the employees of the corporate area of Coopeagri R.L. This is a field research and the information was collected through interviews that were conducted from August 28 to September 14, 2006. However, the research began in June 2006 and ended in October of the same year. In general terms, the research showed that the training given by Coopeagri R.L. to its corporate area collaborators does not meet their needs.
