Resumen
El presente cuaderno de estudio aborda el contexto del surgimiento del Acuerdo General sobre Aranceles Aduaneros y Comercio (GATT), su evolución en el tiempo que resultaría en la creación en la Organización Mundial del Comercio. Asimismo, aborda aspectos del comercio internacional contemporáneo conducido por la Organización, tales como: solución de controversias, salvaguardas, comercio desleal, entre otros.
This study notebook addresses the context of the emergence of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT), its evolution over time that would result in its creation in the World Trade Organization. Likewise, it addresses aspects of contemporary international trade conducted by the Organization, such as: dispute resolution, safeguards, unfair trade, among others.
