Resumen
El siguiente trabajo se realizará un análisis de viabilidad que consiste en la
implementación de un Bar y Restaurante basado en tendencias actuales, tomando en consideración factores como el entorno de la provincia de Guanacaste y el cantón de Liberia.
El análisis nos lleva a la construcción creativa de un negocio que busca crear
un producto a la medida basado en el nicho de mercado seleccionado, gustos y preferencias de la población y a la vez respaldado por la experiencia que se tiene en este sector.
Por otro lado, se podrá apreciar cómo generar nuevas ideas de negocios
valiéndonos de un negocio y una marca ya registrada como lo es Rice and Beers Minimarket una marca reconocida con dos sucursales en Liberia que sirven como punta de lanza y a su vez soñar en un plan de negocios con fin de ver la factibilidad de expandir horizontes y poder incursionar en el negocio de un bar y restaurante valiéndonos de una marca ya registrada que darán cabida a un nuevo negocio que marcara tendencia llamado Rice and Beers Lounge and Sport Bar.
This work studies the feasibility of implementing a bar and restaurant based on current trends. The emphasis of our proposal is based on the environmental and cultural conditions of Liberia, Guanacaste province of Costa Rica. The analyst takes us to the creative construction of a business the looks for the creation of an outstanding product based on five select markets niche, likes and prefers of the population and at the same time support by the experience that already have in this area. Otherwise, it could appreciated how generate new business ideas from a business and brand that is already registered as rice and beers minimarket a recognize brand with two branches at Liberia town that work as a started point and at the same time let dreaming about a business plan with the finality to see the feasibility to expand the horizon that could dabble in the pub and restaurant business all these idea will give way to a new local business that will trendy and it will be called Rice and Beers Lounge and Sport Bar.
