Resumen
El presente artículo reflexiona sobre la propuesta de nuevas estrategias del proceso
de enseñanza y aprendizaje, basadas en herramientas tecnológicas como un recurso
activo del educando. El fin último corresponde a mejorar la práctica educativa del
docente a través del uso y apropiación pedagógica de las Tecnologías de Información
y Comunicación (TIC). Esto con tal obtener generación de conocimiento en las
diferentes áreas del saber. En este trabajo nos enfocamos en la revisión bibliográfica
como metodología a seguir, basado en la utilización de técnicas de recolección de datos,
recuperando aquellas experiencias que pueden ser replicadas y complementadas en
una clase. De igual forma, se complementan datos importantes, producto del uso del
celular en prácticas concretas a nivel universitario. Se deriva de este estudio que el
desarrollo del Mobile learning da paso a una serie de posibilidades en el ámbito educativo, que favorecen la motivación, acceso y generación de conocimiento, nuevas prácticas
y acciones colaborativas e inclusivas para personas con dificultad de asistir de forma
presencial a una clase. Se concluye que el Mobile learning es una tecnología apropiada
para su incorporación en la educación, gracias a su impacto inmediato dentro y fuera
del salón de clases, pero se manifiesta la urgencia de crear empoderamiento por parte
de los diversos actores del proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje.
This present article reflects the proposal of the new strategies that concerns the learning and teaching process, such being based on technological tools as an active resource for students. The final objective corresponds to improve the professional training of teachers, throughout the use and pedagogical appropriation of information and communication technologies (ICTs), as an important way to generate knowledge in the different learning fields. We have focused this research on the bibliographical review as a methodology to follow, based on the utilization of the data collection technique, recovering those experiences that can be replicated and complemented in a class. In the same way; important data is complemented, product of the use of cellphones in concrete exercises at university level. It is registered from this study that the mobile learning gives lots of possibilities in the education field, offering more opportunities, motivation, access, and a lot of knowledge generation, new practices, collaborative and inclusive actions for people who cannot assist to class physically. We have concluded that Mobile Learning is an appropriate technology, ready for its incorporation into education; also due to its direct impact inside and outside the classroom. But, it is very mandatory to have an empowerment from each other, every one of the different actors dealing with the learning and teaching process.
