Resumen
Este es un artículo que presenta los resultados de un proceso de sistematización
realizado por el Programa de Evaluación Académica y Desarrollo Profesional y el
Programa UNA Virtual, que tuvo como objetivo mejorar la implementación de los
procesos de formación docente orientados al rediseño de planes de estudio bimodales y virtuales. Para lograr el cumplimiento de este objetivo se definió como eje de sistematización el tema: aspectos metodológicos, administrativos y de contenido valorados como positivos y con oportunidades de mejora por parte de los distintos actores involucrados en el proceso de formación docente: “Diseño pedagógico de un curso universitario con una modalidad bimodal o virtual”, que fue impartido por el Programa UNA Virtual durante 10 semanas en el segundo ciclo del 2014.
This article presents the results of a systematization process carried out by the Academic Evaluation and Professional Development Program and the UNA Virtual Program, which aimed at improving the implementation of teacher training processes oriented to the redesign of bimodal and virtual curricula. In order to achieve this objective, the following topic was defined as the axis of systematization: methodological, administrative and content aspects valued as positive and with opportunities for improvement by the different actors involved in the teacher training process: "Pedagogical design of a university course with a bimodal or virtual modality", which was taught by the Virtual UNA Program during 10 weeks in the second cycle of 2014.
