Resumen
Como profesional en Relaciones Internacionales dentro de la empresa privada se realiza un análisis estratégico que demuestra las necesidades de la agencia aduanera, identificando las oportunidades y proyectos que se pueden realizar para consolidar a WF Aduanas, generando el cumplimiento de estándares internacionales que le generan competitividad a la compañía, además le brinda herramientas para la toma de decisiones.
Se da a conocer sus antecedentes y la actual situación de la empresa así como su convivencia en medio de la competencia, se determinan áreas indispensables a fortaleces y se proponen mecanismos estratégicos para mejorar su imagen, la calidad de sus servicios y el desarrollo continuo de la compañía, que le permita crecer y mantener eficacia en su emprendimiento, además se desarrollan diversas actividades que alimentan las carencias actuales para si finalmente dejar a disposición de gerente general la motivación de invertir y atender en la propuesta estratégica.
As a professional in International Relations within the private company, a strategic analysis is made to demonstrate the needs of the customs agency, identifying the opportunities and projects that can be carried out to consolidate WF Aduanas, generating compliance with international standards that generate competitiveness to the company, in addition it provides tools for decision making. The background and current situation of the company as well as its coexistence in the midst of competition are made known, indispensable areas to be strengthened are determined and strategic mechanisms are proposed to improve its image, the quality of its services and the continuous development of the company, which allows it to grow and maintain efficiency in its undertaking. In addition, several activities are developed that feed the current deficiencies to finally leave at the disposal of the general manager the motivation to invest and attend to the strategic proposal.
