Propuesta para el diseño y la creación de un plan de comercialización para una pyme costarricense dedicada a la producción de miel de abeja

Resumen
En la actualidad, son cada vez más las pequeñas y medianas empresas (pymes) que se involucran en la economía local. Esto las convierte en actores fundamentales para el desarrollo comercial del país. De ahí la importancia que recae en los gobernantes para suplir sus necesidades, sobre todo en materia exportadora. Cada vez son más las pymes que se involucran en el comercio internacional a través de la internacionalización. Así, nace la idea de crear un plan de comercialización para una pyme costarricense dedicada a la producción de miel de abeja, con el fin de diseñar una propuesta acorde con las fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas que presenta Ecomiel, para emprender su viaje hacia tal proceso., otorgándole, desde luego, las herramientas necesarias para llevar a cabo tal objetivo. El presente proyecto de graduación presenta una recopila información necesaria sobre las pymes tanto a nivel local como internacional. Además el desarrollo de esta propuesta emerge del estudio de tres casos exitosos internacionales que lograron internacionalizarse, por ende se ha descrito a su vez, distintas formas de incursionar en los mercados extranjeros.
Today, more and more small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are becoming involved in the local economy. This makes them key players in the country's commercial development. Hence the importance of governments to meet their needs, especially in terms of exports. More and more SMEs are becoming involved in international trade through internationalization. Thus, the idea of creating a marketing plan for a Costa Rican SME dedicated to the production of honey was born, in order to design a proposal according to the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats that Ecomiel presents, to undertake its journey towards this process, giving it, of course, the necessary tools to carry out such objective. This graduation project presents a compilation of the necessary information on SMEs both locally and internationally. In addition, the development of this proposal emerges from the study of three successful international cases that managed to internationalize, therefore, different ways of entering foreign markets have been described.
