Resumen
El objetivo fundamental de la consultoría profesional es proporcionar recomendaciones viables e implantar medidas apropiadas para aumentar la productividad y la competitividad de las empresas. El problema presentado por la carrera de Administración de Oficinas de la Escuela de Secretariado Profesional es: ¿Cuál es la mejor estrategia de comunicación para posicionar la Carrera de Administración de Oficinas? La Escuela de Secretariado Profesional ha asumido desde su creación, el reto permanente de formar profesionales en Secretariado Profesional capacitados en el ámbito de las empresas y el acercamiento al mercado laboral. Con el fin de lograr la excelencia académica, realizar oportunamente acciones evaluativas y de mejoramiento continuo que permitan evidenciar el cumplimiento de los lineamientos metodológicos, las dimensiones, componentes, criterios y estándares establecidos en el Manual de Acreditación Oficial de Carreras de Grado del Sistema Nacional de Acreditación de la Educación Superior (SINAES), la Escuela de Secretariado Profesional ha iniciado un proceso de autoevaluación con fines de acreditación tomando en consideración, el personal académico y administrativo, las personas graduadas y los empleadores. Esta consultoría responde a la necesidad de conocer si el perfil de salida de los profesionales está de acuerdo con el mercado laboral costarricense, así como conocer la opinión de los empleadores de cara a la propuesta de las materias, con el fin de que la Carrera logre ajustar el perfil de salida a las necesidades actuales del mercado laboral costarricense.
The fundamental objective of professional consulting is to provide viable recommendations and implement appropriate measures to increase the productivity and competitiveness of companies. The problem presented by the Office Administration program at the School of Professional Secretarial Studies is: What is the best communication strategy to position the Office Administration program? Since its inception, the School of Professional Secretarial Studies has embraced the ongoing challenge of training professionals in professional secretarial studies, equipping them with the skills necessary for the business world and the job market. In order to achieve academic excellence and to carry out timely evaluation and continuous improvement actions that demonstrate compliance with the methodological guidelines, dimensions, components, criteria, and standards established in the Official Accreditation Manual for Undergraduate Programs of the National System of Accreditation of Higher Education (SINAES), the School of Professional Secretarial Studies has initiated a self-evaluation process for accreditation purposes, taking into consideration the academic and administrative staff, graduates, and employers This consultancy responds to the need to know if the graduate profile is in accordance with the Costa Rican labor market, as well as to know the opinion of employers regarding the proposed subjects, so that the Career can adjust the graduate profile to the current needs of the Costa Rican labor market.
