Sistematización de la metodología disruptiva implementada en el curso de Reclutamiento y Selección de personal de la Carrera de Administración y Gestión de Recursos Humanos en la Universidad Técnica Nacional Costa Rica

Resumen
Esta sistematización es producto de la experiencia generada durante 6 años debido a la implementación de una estrategia metodológica en el curso de Reclutamiento y Selección de personal. El objetivo es desarrollar las habilidades técnicas en el estudiantado en el proceso de reclutamiento y selección de personal de la carrera de AGRH, la puesta en práctica del que hacer del proceso de reclutamiento y selección se inicia con la elaboración de un curriculum versión resumen, como se organiza y aplican pruebas técnicas desarrolladas por los participantes del curso, luego se trabaja en un proyecto de cierre que es la planificación y ejecución de una feria de empleo y que se ha realizado en cuatro ocasiones. Cabe mencionar que es la única feria de empleo 100% efectuada por estudiantes en el caso de Costa Rica y que se ha convertido en parte de su carta de presentación a la hora de adquirir trabajo.
