Propuesta de Plan Estratégico para el Comité de Deportes de Goicoechea

Abstract

El presente documento consta de un esfuerzo participativo para el diseño de planificación estratégica, como forma de fortalecer la gestión pública de la organización encargada de promover la salud física y deportiva del cantón de Goicoechea, es el Comité Cantonal de Deporte y Recreación de Goicoechea uno de los pioneros en tecnificar la promoción deportiva y recreativa sana en los 81 cantones del país. En Concomitancia con lo anterior, se considera participativa por se contó con el esfuerzo de actores sociales de base vinculadas con la promoción deportiva y recreativa en el cantón (asociaciones y comités deportivos), así como técnicos del Instituto Costarricense del Deporte y Recreación. -Diagnóstico: Se identificó tanto contexto internacional, como nacional y así también el contexto interno de la organización donde se identificó puntos a desarrollar por medio del análisis FODA. -Propuesta de Planificación Estratégica: La propuesta es construida partiendo de lo identificado en el diagnostico participativo, marco filosófico, en ejes estratégicos y objetivos, a saber.This document consists of a participatory effort for the design of strategic planning, as a way to strengthen the public management of the organization in charge of promoting physical and sports health in the canton of Goicoechea, the Cantonal Committee of Sports and Recreation of Goicoechea, one of the pioneers in technifying the promotion of healthy sports and recreation in the 81 cantons of the country.
