Resumen
La presente investigación fundamentada en una base microeconómica, busca dar solución a la problemática empresarial respectiva a la retención de clientes entre otras, para lo cual es imperativo analizar a fondo los determinantes que inciden en la efectividad de los Servicios de Postventa. A través de las distintas herramientas dadas por las Ciencias Económicas, se consigue concluir y recomendar una serie de elementos que permiten a responder a la necesidad de la empresa de forma general y especifica.
The current research is based on a microeconomic foundation and seeks provide a solution for the customer retention problematic, and other business issues experimented by the company. For this, it is imperative to analyze the determinants that influence the effectiveness of after-sales services.Through the various tools that Economic Science provides, the study succeeded in concluding and recommends a series of elements that allows answering the need of the company in a general and specific form.
