The main objective of the study was to diagnose the current situation of the SLAE, identifying the collections, services, and products it offers, their frequency of use, and the social networks used for their dissemination and promotion. It also sought to understand the characteristics of its user population and the collections it holds, as well as the communication strategies used. Based on this diagnosis, a promotion and dissemination plan was developed through the use of social media to position the Room, its collections, services, and information products, increasing its reach and visibility among the university community and external users.
