Interacción que se presenta entre los funcionarios y su repercusión en el estado emocional de los estudiantes, Liceo Fernando Volio Jiménez, circuito 05, Región Educativa Pérez Zeledón

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la interacción que se presenta entre los funcionarios y su repercusión en el estado emocional de los estudiantes en el Liceo Fernando Volio Jiménez, situado en Palmares de Pérez Zeledón, durante el 2009. Se empleó una investigación de carácter descriptiva con un enfoque cualitativo, se diseñó una encuesta dirigida a funcionarios; una guía de observación aplicada en la institución educativa, para determinar el entorno laboral de los funcionarios; un cuestionario para obtener datos acerca de la interacción entre funcionarios y un test dirigido a estudiantes con la finalidad de obtener datos acerca del estado emocional. Las variables trabajadas fueron: Entorno laboral, Interacción y Estado emocional. Se trabajó con una muestra de la población debidamente establecida, constituida por 94 estudiantes y 36 funcionarios. Entre las conclusiones podemos resaltar que existe un ambiente agradable, con una buena reciprocidad, en donde los participantes del proceso expresan sus diferentes puntos de vista. Todo esto favorece la existencia de una buena comunicación, tanto entre funcionarios como con los estudiantes. Se precia un ambiente de convivencia fraterna, ofreciéndose espacios para la búsqueda de soluciones a los conflictos que se presentan en la institución. Por otro lado, la interacción se ve beneficiada en primera instancia por el buen trabajo en equipo. Además, las buenas relaciones interpersonales presentes en dicha institución, favorecen la realización de las funciones, manteniendo una buena marcha de la misión educativa. También, la estabilidad laboral y emocional que se presenta en la institución, ha creado la unión de los trabajadores, y ha creado un sentimiento de pertenencia y afecto, siendo este transmitido a los estudiantes. Entre las recomendaciones importantes podemos mencionar: aprovechar más los espacios físicos que se encuentran en el establecimiento, en función del crecimiento de la población estudiantil; atender las necesidades por parte de los funcionarios administrativos para que estos mantengan más contacto con los estudiantes; motivar a los estudiantes a la integración y participación de grupos que representan a la institución; crear un espacio en donde el estudiante pueda expresarse libremente de manera respetuosa e impartir charlas de interés para los estudiantes. Por último, se presenta la bibliografía utilizada y consultada en la realización del marco teórico, el cual nos ayudó a fundamentar nuestra investigación, seguida de los anexos, los cuales son las herramientas que se utilizaron en la recolección de la información.

The objective of this research is to analyze the interaction between staff members and its impact on the emotional state of students at the Liceo Fernando Volio Jiménez, located in Palmares de Pérez Zeledón, during 2009. A descriptive research with a qualitative approach was used, a survey was designed for staff members; an observation guide applied in the educational institution, to determine the work environment of staff members; a questionnaire to obtain data about the interaction between staff members and a test for students in order to obtain data about their emotional state. The variables studied were: work environment, interaction and emotional state. We worked with a sample of the population duly established, consisting of 94 students and 36 employees. Among the conclusions we can highlight that there is a pleasant environment, with a good reciprocity, where the participants of the process express their different points of view. All this favors the existence of good communication, both among employees and students. There is an atmosphere of fraternal coexistence, offering spaces for the search for solutions to the conflicts that arise in the institution. On the other hand, interaction is benefited in the first instance by good teamwork. In addition, the good interpersonal relationships present in this institution favor the performance of functions, maintaining a good progress of the educational mission. Also, the labor and emotional stability that is present in the institution, has created the union of workers, and has created a feeling of belonging and affection, being this transmitted to the students. Among the important recommendations we can mention: to take more advantage of the physical spaces that are in the establishment, according to the growth of the student population; to attend to the needs of the administrative staff so that they maintain more contact with the students; to motivate the students to integrate and participate in groups that represent the institution; to create a space where the student can express themselves freely in a respectful manner and to give talks of interest to the students. Finally, the bibliography used and consulted in the realization of the theoretical framework, which helped us to base our research, is presented, followed by the annexes, which are the tools used in the collection of information.
