Levantamiento topográfico y catastral de la zona marítimo terrestre

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es aportar una metodología general que brinde una base apropiada a las instituciones encargadas de la administración de la zona marítimo terrestre que permita facilitar y regular los procesos de desarrollo y planificación de esta zona y que garantice la seguridad en la determinación de los vértices de las propiedades y de los mojones que delimitan la zona pública. Es necesario establecer como proceso de trabajo permanente el levantamiento de vértices y puntos de interés amarrados a la Red Geodésica Nacional lo que posibilite su replanteo preciso en forma rápida dentro de las precisiones que rigen la materia. Desde el punto de vista catastral es indispensable contar con la cartografía a escala grande (1:1000) de estos 200 metros de la zona marítimo terrestre y de la información sobre la tenencia de la tierra que evite posibles abusos e infracciones de la ley que la regula.

The objective of this work is to provide a general methodology that provides an appropriate basis for the institutions in charge of the administration of the maritime-terrestrial zone that allows facilitating and regulating the development and planning processes of this zone and that guarantees security in the determination of the vertices of the properties and the landmarks that delimit the public area. It is necessary to establish as a permanent work process the lifting of vertices and points of interest tied to the National Geodetic Network, which allows its precise setting out quickly within the details that govern the matter. From the cadastral point of view, it is essential to have large-scale cartography (1: 1000) of these 200 meters of the maritime-terrestrial zone and information on land tenure to avoid possible abuses and infractions of the law that the regulates.
