Resumen
Determina el grado de relación existente entre la satisfacción y el desempeño laboral de las secretarias de las escuelas del Campus Omar Dengo, de la Universidad Nacional. La investigación es de tipo descriptivo, con enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo. Participaron 51 secretarias que conforman el total de las secretarias de escuela de las 6 Facultades, durante el período 2005 y un total de 25 jefes los cuales son los directores o subdirectores de dichas secretarias. Se aplicaron cuestionarios.
The aim of the study is to determine the degree of relationship between satisfaction and job performance of the secretaries of the schools of the Omar Dengo Campus of the National University. The research is descriptive, with a qualitative and quantitative approach. 51 secretaries participated, which make up the total of the school secretaries of the 6 Faculties, during the period 2005 and a total of 25 heads, who are the directors or deputy directors of said secretaries. Questionnaires were applied.
