Incidencia del nivel de liderazgo del administrador de escuelas técnicas de I y II ciclos, en el proceso de capacitación al personal docente en las instituciones educativas del circuito 01 de la Dirección Regional de Educación Pérez Zeledón, durante el primer trimestre, 2005

Abstract

En este informe de tesis se presentan los resultados de la investigación referente al tema "Incidencia del nivel de liderazgo del administrador de escuelas técnicas de I y II ciclos en el proceso de capacitación al personal docente en las instituciones educativas del circuito O 1 de la Dirección Regional de Educación Pérez Zeledón, durante el primer trimestre, 2005"; en cuanto a la práctica de las capacitaciones recibidas del personal docente en el proceso educativo. La investigación se desarrolló en las escuelas técnicas, ubicadas en Sa n Isidro de El General de Pérez Zeledón, en el circuito 01 de la Dirección Regional de Pérez Zeledón. Se trabajó con una población de 9 directores, de los cuales se tomó una muestra de 5 directores, 175 docentes, de los cuales se tomó una muestra de 43 docentes de las escuelas técnicas investigadas. El informe consta de seis partes, en el capítulo I: Introducción, se hace el planteamiento del problema, se formulan los objetivos tanto general como específicos, explican los antecedentes y la justificación, además se consignan los alcances y limitaciones. En el capítulo II: Marco Teórico se presenta la fundamentación teórica de la investigación, enfatiza los siguientes elementos: Sistema Educativo, Administración Educativa, Planificación Educativa, Formación de los formadores en Administración Educativa, Métodos aplicados por el Administrador Educativo durante la Supervisión Docente, Liderazgo Administrativo, capacitación Docente y Metodología aplicada por el administrador en la capacitación docente. El capítulo III: corresponde al Marco Metodológico, contiene el tipo de investigación, sujetos y fuentes de investigación, diseño de la muestra, variables, descripción y validación de instrumentos; y tratamiento de la información. En el capítulo IV: Presentación, Análisis e Interpretación de resultados, ofrece la información obtenida en la investigación realizada y analizada por variable, ésta se plantea en cuadros y gráficos que reflejan la descripción e interpretación de los datos. El Capítulo V: Conclusiones y recomendaciones, se presentan las más importantes reflejadas en el análisis e interpretación de los resultados. Finalmente, se plantea la Lista de Referencias y Anexos, éstos últimos contienen los instrumentos utilizados para recopilar la información, cartas de quienes validaron los instrumentos y aprobaron la lectura de la investigación; además se presenta un modelo metodológico que sirva como guía a los administradores educativos en el proceso de capacitación al personal docente en las escuelas técnicas de I y II ciclos. A esta investigación, se adjunta la información bibliográfica pertinente, a la Propuesta Metodológica que sirve como guía para los directores. Con la finalidad de brindar información, referente a políticas emanadas por el Ministerio de Educación Pública de manejo ordinario para todo Administrador en Educación; se anexa al Modelo Metodológico el Decreto Nº 333 B - E.This thesis report presents the results of the research on the topic "Incidence of the level of leadership of the administrator of technical schools of I and II cycles in the process of training the teaching staff in the educational institutions of circuit O 1 of the Regional Directorate of Education Perez Zeledon, during the first quarter, 2005"; regarding the practice of the training received by the teaching staff in the educational process. The research was carried out in the technical schools located in Sa n Isidro de El General de Pérez Zeledón, in circuit 01 of the Regional Directorate of Pérez Zeledón. We worked with a population of 9 principals, from which a sample of 5 principals was taken, 175 teachers, from which a sample of 43 teachers from the technical schools investigated was taken. The report consists of six parts: in Chapter I: Introduction, the problem is stated, the general and specific objectives are formulated, the background and justification are explained, and the scope and limitations are stated. Chapter 11: Theoretical Framework presents the theoretical basis of the research, emphasizing the following elements: Educational System, Educational Administration, Educational Planning, Training of trainers in Educational Administration, Methods applied by the Educational Administrator during Teaching Supervision, Administrative Leadership, Teacher training and Methodology applied by the administrator in teacher training. Chapter 111: corresponds to the Methodological Framework, and contains the type of research, subjects and sources of research, sample design, variables, description and validation of instruments, and treatment of information. Chapter III: Methodological Framework, contains the type of research, subjects and sources of research, sample design, variables, description and validation of instruments, and data processing. Chapter IV: Presentation, Analysis and Interpretation of Results, offers the information obtained in the research carried out and analyzed by variable, which is presented in tables and graphs that reflect the description and interpretation of the data. Chapter V: Conclusions and recommendations, presents the most important ones reflected in the analysis and interpretation of the results. Finally, the List of References and Annexes are presented, the latter contain the instruments used to collect the information, letters from those who validated the instruments and approved the reading of the research; in addition, a methodological model is presented to serve as a guide for educational administrators in the process of training the teaching staff in the technical schools of I and II cycles. To this research, the pertinent bibliographic information is attached to the Methodological Proposal that serves as a guide for the directors. In order to provide information regarding the policies issued by the Ministry of Public Education of ordinary management for all Education Administrators, Decree No. 333 B - E is attached to the Methodological Model.
