Eficiencia y eficacia administrativa de los directores técnicos del I y II ciclo, del cantón de Corredores y su relación con la actitud profesional hacia el desarrollo institucional, durante el año 2003

Resumen
Debido a que es innegable y un hecho bien comprobado que cuando más alta sea la actitud profesional hacia el desarrollo institucional y el dinamismo que un director posee, mayor será el nivel de productividad cualitativa y cuantitativa. Por lo tanto, se puede afirmar, que es muy provechoso cuando los administradores técnicos de las instituciones educativas asumen una actitud profesional para alcanzar el desarrollo pleno del cantón de Corredores, en donde intervienen un sin número de acciones que permiten el desarrollo institucional, las cuales se sustenta en valores humanistas y democráticos y así de esta forma lograr la eficiencia y eficacia administrativa y el bienestar de los subalternos. Debe quedar claro que la actitud profesional que asume un funcionario no sólo debe orientarse al desarrollo material de la institución; sino, que debe considerar la condición humana de los subalternos a cargo, igualmente a todos los entes de apoyo humano, atenderlos como un todo. Por eso la necesidad de llevar a cabo la presente investigación sobre la eficiencia y eficacia administrativa de los directores técnicos del I y II Ciclo, del cantón de Corredores y su relación con la actitud profesional hacia el desarrollo institucional. Para la investigación se toman en cuenta el personal docente de las Escuelas Técnicas de los Circuitos 13, 14 y 15 del cantón de Corredores. Un total de 150 personas conforman el personal docente, que constituye la población en estudio. Para la recolección de la información necesaria para la realización de la presente investigación, se confeccionó, un cuestionario que se aplicó al personal docente. Entre las conclusiones principales, según los datos obtenidos en las escuelas técnicas del cantón de Corredores, no se da una comunicación constante, eficiente, clara y precisa, debido a que la relación comunicativa no es significativa, no se transmite con habilidad lo que se desea, siente y los motivos.

Therefore, it can be affirmed that it is very profitable when the technical administrators of the educational institutions assume a professional attitude to achieve the full development of the canton of Corredores, which involves a number of actions that allow institutional development, which are based on humanistic and democratic values and thus achieve administrative efficiency and effectiveness and the welfare of subordinates. It should be clear that the professional attitude assumed by an official should not only be oriented to the material development of the institution, but should also consider the human condition of the subordinates in charge, as well as all the human support entities, taking care of them as a whole. That is why the need to carry out the present investigation on the efficiency and administrative effectiveness of the technical directors of the I and II Cycle, of the Corredores canton and its relation with the professional attitude towards the institutional development. For the research, the teaching staff of the Technical Schools of Circuits 13, 14 and 15 of the Corredores canton are taken into account. A total of 150 people make up the teaching staff, which constitutes the population under study. In order to collect the necessary information for this research, a questionnaire was prepared and applied to the teaching staff. Among the main conclusions, according to the data obtained in the technical schools of the canton of Corredores, there is not a constant, efficient, clear and precise communication, because the communicative relationship is not significant, it is not transmitted with skill what is desired, felt and the motives.
