Abstract

Analiza las condiciones financieras que limitan a las empresas agroindustriales abrir su patrimonio. El sujeto de estudio para esta investigación lo constituye el mercado accionario como fuente alternativo de financiamiento, así como las empresas agroindustriales del Valle Central costarricense; quienes pueden participar como emisores accionarias en el mercado de valores. El instrumento utilizado fue la encuesta con un total de 61 encuestas efectivas. La investigación es de tipo no experimental descriptivo.Analyzes the financial conditions that limit agro-industrial companies from opening their assets. The subject of study for this research is the stock market as an alternative source of financing, as well as the agro-industrial companies of the Central Valley of Costa Rica; who can participate as share issuers in the stock market. The instrument used was the survey with a total of 61 effective surveys. The research is of a non-experimental descriptive type.
