Abstract

Es importante la relación que establece la sociedad con las Universidades, el papel relevante de las humanidades, la formación humanística y el propósito y fin de que el quehacer universitario en las comunidades es parte de ese rol que debe cumplir en cuanto condiciona el futuro de nuestros educandos, al fin, para que las nuevas generaciones aprovechen la experiencia y enseñanza en el legado de esta casa de estudios. La próxima discusión es pues en el pueblo. Esto significa, estimado lector, que es importante la función crítica de la Universidad como todo y en cuanto a lo que ofrece la sociedad. El enfoque podrá darse en lo sociológico pero quienes tienen el poder político contra de las decisiones del pueblo. Es de señalar que se han creado barreras para impedir un conocimiento pleno de las implicaciones negativas o desfavorables sobre el TCL, Es indudable que fuerzas oscuras y que tienen intereses constantes en que el Tratado en cuestión se apruebe tiene un sugnificado y trascendencia que hoy, como ciegos, no podemos ver.
