Resumen
Es importante la relación que establece la sociedad con las Universidades, el papel relevante de las humanidades, la formación humanística y el propósito y fin de que el quehacer universitario en las comunidades es parte de ese rol que debe cumplir en cuanto condiciona el futuro de nuestros educandos, al fin, para que las nuevas generaciones aprovechen la experiencia y enseñanza en el legado de esta casa de estudios. La próxima discusión es pues en el pueblo. Esto significa, estimado lector, que es importante la función crítica de la Universidad como todo y en cuanto a lo que ofrece la sociedad. El enfoque podrá darse en lo sociológico pero quienes tienen el poder político contra de las decisiones del pueblo. Es de señalar que se han creado barreras para impedir un conocimiento pleno de las implicaciones negativas o desfavorables sobre el TCL, Es indudable que fuerzas oscuras y que tienen intereses constantes en que el Tratado en cuestión se apruebe tiene un sugnificado y trascendencia que hoy, como ciegos, no podemos ver. El lector no deberá de preocuparse, se le entrega algunas formulaciones teóricas, ensayos sobre Cervsntes, Noetzsche, la administración pública y sobre un libro de este de traducciones en lengua inglesa.
It is important the relationship that society establishes with the universities, the relevant role of the humanities, humanistic education and the purpose and end that the university work in the communities is part of that role that must be fulfilled as it conditions the future of our students, in the end, so that the new generations take advantage of the experience and teaching in the legacy of this house of studies. The next discussion is therefore in the village. This means, dear reader, that the critical function of the University as a whole and in terms of what society offers is important. The approach may be sociological, but those who have political power against the decisions of the people. It should be noted that barriers have been created to prevent a full knowledge of the negative or unfavorable implications of the LCT. There is no doubt that dark forces that have a constant interest in the approval of the Treaty in question have a significance and transcendence that today, as blind people, we cannot see. The reader should not worry, he is given some theoretical formulations, essays on Cervsntes, Noetzsche, public administration and on a book of his translations in English.
